Easily Integrate the LineSelect Model 9082 2-Position Network Switch as a System Component

The model 9082 is the newest addition to the LineSelect product line and is certified for Cat5e compliance. This unit offers quick access to any two Cat5e RJ45 networks and is equipped with a DIN-rail mounting bracket, and barrier strip monitor port. As a part of the LineSelect product line, the model 9082 is a manual switch and operates with no power required!

This LineSelect switcher allows a quick connection from one COMMON RJ45 port to be shared among either of two RJ45 ports, A or B. The switch position will be indicated by the front panel rotary knob or via the monitor port on the bottom panel. Monitor switch position via the three contacts of the mini barrier strip MONITOR port. The unit is controlled manually via the front panel mounted rotary selector knob. This make-before-break rotary knob switches all eight leads of the RJ45 interface simultaneously. The model 9082 RJ45 Cat5e switch is easily integrated as a system component by utilizing its rear panel DIN rail mounting bracket. Ideal for use in process control systems and manufacturing operations management.

This manual switchbox is contained in a shielded aluminum enclosure with DIN rail mount package, 1.75”W x 4.25”H x 6.0”D. The model 9082 is designed and equipped to switch ANY RJ45 interface.
