March 4, 2010
Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL), Cranston, RI, has just announced the Model 9474 RJ45 A/B/OFFLINE Network Switch that allows the user to share one RJ45 device among two others or isolate all ports by switching to the secure Off-Line position. The Model 9474 is also certified for category 5e compliance and is manually operated, requiring no power.
The unique design of this RJ45 Switch features deeply recessed ports, for added security, accessible through rear panel. This efficient rackmount switch only occupies 1U height of space and its anodized black box packaging provides EMI/RFI shielding. Port selection is made quickly and conveniently using a secure keylock on the front panel.
