NEW PRODUCT RELEASE
Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL), Cranston, RI, announces the new Model 7339 Cat5e RJ45 A/B Automatic Fallback Switch with 10 BASE-T LAN Telnet Access and GUI. This A/B network switch allows the user the capability of sharing one workstation or device among two other devices connected to the A and B ports with remote access functionality. Remote access can be accomplished using an Ethernet 10/100-Base-T connection and either Telnet commands or Graphical User Interface (GUI).
This unit offers the security of Automatic Fallback mode, monitoring data is active on Port A and if activity is lost, the unit checks for data on Port B and in the presence of data, switches to position B. The Model 7339 will maintain its connection to port B until data activity is detected on port A, at which time the unit will automatically return to the A position and continue to monitor for data. The user can also override automatic fallback operation from the front panel or GUI interface and force the unit to operate as an A/B switch.
Model 7339 is also featured on Electronics Manufacturers website.
ThomasNet also featured Model 7339.
