To begin, the Pathway Model 7353 is a copper offline A/B switch for absolute security. This switch is a three-channel RJ45 Cat5 device that works from one common network device. This allows you to switch between “A” and “B” through the same device. There is no front panel switch control, allowing for the best security for your network. Additionally, there is an exclusive remote contact control to switch the position of each individual channel.

The QuickSwitch Model 6264 is a fiber optic A/B switch with Telnet remote control, which offers a lockout front panel operation. This switch has six channels that are remote and allows sharing through one LC Duplex interface device 62.5/125 µm. All channels are switched simultaneously, and the remote is accessed through an Ethernet 10/100 Base-T connection via Telnet. The fiber ports are configured per TIA/EIA-568-B.3, where TX of the COM port is routed to the RX of the A/B ports and vice versa.

The Pathway Model 7238 is a copper A/B switch with RS232 remote control, which offers switch position control and lockout front panel operations. This switch has sixteen channels that are remote through RS232 and allows the user to access each channel. The switch can also be controlled manually through the front push button and contact closure control port located on the rear of the unit.
