Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL), Cranston, RI, announces its manual Model 9454 RJ45, CAT5e Compliant, 3-Channel A/B Switch, housed in a sleek rackmount enclosure.
The Model 9454 enables access to two 100 Base-T CAT5e networks. Each of the three channels of this Category 5e A/B switch allows the user to reroute data between two networks with the simple turn of a knob. The network switch supports all 8 pins of the RJ45 CAT5e interface. No need to plug and unplug cables.

The Model 9454 offers efficient use of panel space; three complete A/B switches in 1U panel height (1.75”). Each channel may be controlled individually. This switch is tested for CAT5e compliance. Each channel consists of one A, B, and Common port. All (9) RJ45 female ports are located on the rear panel; (3) Common, (3) A ports and (3) B ports. Each channel switches (8) RJ45 leads. The aluminum case provides EMI/RFI shielding. The switching mechanism is a sealed precious metal contact switch.  For details, click here.
