Our Custom Data Aquisition Boards convert digital and analog signals into time stamped digital data, which allows for real time control, monitoring, and quality control. Allows for in-depth data analysis!
The digital data provided via the DAQ board is critical for ensuring exceptional quality control and optimizing manufacturing and production processes. Enhances overall efficiency while reducing production costs across automotive, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and technical industries, among many others!
The ESL line of DAQ boards is suitable for embedded applications that require high speed/high accuracy analog and digital data acquisition yet also designed for ruggedized applications, operating from -40°C to 85°C. The communication channels are optically isolated in order to minimize system ground loops. For applications requiring on-board data storage, the DAQ board features a wide input voltage range of 19VDC-36VDC, along with 3kVDC isolation.

- CellMite® ProD High Performance Embedded Data Acquisition and Strain Gage Interface Board, Model Number 4328 (Cat. No. 304328)
Our Model 4328 features dual 24-bit independent strain gage channels with simultaneous sampling at 15K samples/second that can also be configured as quad 24-bit strain gage channels sampled at 5k samples/second. In addtion Model 4328 features 12 additional 12-bit analog input channels with a throughput of 1M samples/second. Digital data acquisition is also supported with 64-bits of simultaneously sampled digital inputs. The digital inputs can be sampled at 20M samples/second.
The CellMite® ProD Model 4349 is a high performance data acquisition and sensor monitoring module from Electro Standards Laboratories that is suitable for embedded applications that require a ruggedized high speed analog and digital data acquisition unit that is accessible via an Ethernet network.
